Hi Birmingham!
I’m Cathy Prince, and I’m thrilled to bring 6BC to your community. Born in France, my husband and I grew up with wine as part of daily life, meals, conversations, and simple moments shared around the table. Moving to the U.S., we missed authentic French wines that were high-quality, approachable, and affordable, so I created 6BC to share this passion with you all. Here, you’ll find French wines and Champagne paired with curated cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal bites, plus a welcoming, interactive space to learn, taste, and connect. 6BC is about slowing down, enjoying good flavors, and celebrating community, I can’t wait to welcome you!
